Our policy

Shipments are made by La Poste. By choosing La Poste, or Colissimo for mainland France.

Once your order has been validated by L'atelier By Céline, delivery times are estimated between 2 and 5 working days. Please note that these delivery times may vary depending on external events or force majeure (e.g. public holidays, strikes, pandemic, etc.). The By Céline workshop takes all precautions to ensure that packages arrive on time, in perfect condition. You can track your order on the La Poste website by mentioning the tracked letter or parcel number which will be indicated to you in the order shipping confirmation email.
